Myocardial Infarction and Acute Coronary Symdromes (Link NICE Guideance)
Advanced Assessment & Management
Thrombolysis
Prolonged Casualty Care
- Maintain continuous monitoring
- 3 lead ECG
- Sats
- NIBP
- Serial (6 hourly) 12 lead ECGs for first 48 hours AND/OR any chest pain or shortness of breath
- Reach back to DCA Medicine (or deputy) via TELEMEDICINE
